As part of a turnkey consulting project for a cosmetics client, we assessed their business and marketing operations from top to bottom. The goal was to identify better processes, potential savings to increase margins, and overall ways to make the business run more smoothly and more profitably.
We were able to immediately identify a major cost savings in packaging that would increase the margin across the whole line. We interviewed and quoted several new packaging vendors and ultimately were able to vet and recommend a new partner who was able to source the exact same packaging the client was currently using but at a much better price and with excellent, white-glove customer service on the vendor side. Finding this new vendor meant a savings of $1 million across the entire product line. Those savings alone covered our consulting fee many, many, many times over. In addition to the savings, the new vendor was a much better fit for our client’s personality, and the Go Bright team made the switch to the new vendor as seamless as possible to minimize disruption for the client.
